Members with personal accounts will receive two statements in November. The first November statement captures all transactions from your last statement date until November 13, 2020.
- The first November statement does not include a monthly service fee.
The second November statement captures all transactions between November 14 and 17, 2020.
- The second statement will include a reduced monthly service fee.
Together, these two statements will capture all transactions during the usual statement cycle. You will see a return to one statement in December.
